Mike and I met Alyssa + Tristan when they joined our small group a few months ago. These two have been so fun to get to know! Soon after arriving at JC Raulston Arboretum at North Carolina State University’s campus, we learned that Tristan did LOTS of research on engagement photos! Usually, we have to give a lot more direction to the fellas on these shoots, but Tristan was doing everything I wanted him to do without me even asking. He even helped direct Alyssa for a few shots. It was AMAZING. Soon after the four of us went to Qdoba for a late dinner. Mike and I got to learn that the first cruise Tristan ever went on was by himself (like, he totally planned to go alone) and that Alyssa didn’t know that only the bubble of Minnesota refers to Duck-Duck-Goose as Duck-Duck-Gray Duck.

It was such a fun evening and you can tell there is true love and joy for each other in these photographs. Sorry it’s taken so long for us to get around to sharing these! We hope you enjoy them just as much as we do!
